Making a Difference with the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Texcity - A Project Worth Rs. 65,000

The Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Texcity has launched an inspiring mission in an effort to make a difference in the lives of orphaned children and old age people. Dubbed “TEX-366”, this remarkable display of compassion and dedication seeks to provide those disadvantaged with knowledge, foster their love for reading, and bridge the information gap.


Coimbatore: The Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Texcity has launched a noble project called "TEX-366" to empower orphaned children and elderly people with knowledge, develop their love of reading, and bridge the information gap.



It is a 366-day initiative that will begin distributing newspapers on July 1, 2023.



For 366 consecutive days, our remarkable club has been contributing a daily newspaper to needy orphanages from Tamilnadu and Kerala at Children Charitable Trust - Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore.



Helping Hearts Children Home -Gandhipuram, Erode, Assisi Snehalaya, Rottigoundanur, Coimbatore, and Shantiniketan Charitable & Welfare -Chunnambuthara, Palakad.



In addition to ensuring that these underprivileged children and elders have access to the most recent news, it is an opportunity for the children to develop critical reading skills. The project is worth Rs. 65,000.

The project was supported by club members Rtr. Michael Raj, Rtr. Arjun, Rtr. PP. Logesh Bharani, Rtr. Anbuchelvan, Rtr. Hema Sri, Rtr. Suryanarayanan, Rtr. Charulatha, Rtr. Mehala, and Rtr. Thanghapantieyaan.

This project is initiated to make each and every people to feel the same magic and knowledge of what we experience in our day to day life.
