Youth drowns tragically in private hotel swimming pool in Anaikatti

Vaishak, along with his friends were in a swimming pool at a private hotel called Cornish Resort in Anaikatti when Vaishak suddenly had convulsions and drowned in the water.


Coimbatore: A 24-year old youth drowned in the swimming pool of a private resort hotel in Anaikatti in Coimbatore.

Vaishak, the son of Nanjundan hails from P N Pudur in Coimbatore annd works in a private BPO in Coimbatore. Vaishak, along with his friends were in a swimming pool at a private hotel called Cornish Resort in Anaikatti when Vaishak suddenly had convulsions and drowned in the water tragically.

The Thadagam police have recovered the body of Vaishak and sent it for post-mortem. A case has been registered and the investigation is on.
