Sharmila dislikes giving equal opportunity to everyone - says Manager Raghu, VV S Bus service

In an interview given by manager Raghu on the issue of sharmila, the woman bus driver, She arrived at work and informed me that she would no longer be working. I had not advised her to cease working, yet she had taken the decision herself. It was clear that she dislikes giving everybody equal opportunities at the workplace.

Coimbatore: For the past three months, Sharmila has been driving the bus.

At work, there are no issues. A lady conductor arrived on her own three months ago. Sharmila has asked that no female conductor accompany her. I hired a female bus conductor. Sharmila informed me that the woman conductor had been hired, and that my popularity would be gone.I told her that everyone should be given a chance.

Sharmila has been absent from work for three days since last Thursday. When I asked why she hadn't been up to work other staff informed me it was because we had hired the woman conductor. She came to work today due to the visit of an MP. Sharmila got off as soon as she did. Sharmila said she was having trouble so that her popularity should not diminish.

I sent another driver and when the bus was coming back from Somanur, Sharmila boarded and came to the office. She came and told me that she was not coming to work and left. I didn't tell her not to come to work. She dislikes giving equal opportunities to everyone.
