BJP workers gathered at electricity board office in Tirupur

The BJP, along with the public, gathered at the office of the Mannarai Electricity Board in Tirupur district alleging that electrical appliances were damaged in houses due to uneven power supply.



Tirupur: BJP members staged a sit-in protest at the electricity board office in Tirupur district against the lack of proper power supply.



Electrical appliances in the houses are said to have been damaged due to continuous power cuts and uneven power supply in Tirupur Mannarai and its surrounding areas.



The BJP, along with the public, gathered at the Mannarai Electricity Board office and staged a protest, alleging that the public had suffered severely as a result of this.



The blockade caused a tense situation in the area for some time.
