The BJP vacated the Pazhayasoru.com restaurant owned by Annadurai in Saibaba Colony area of Coimbatore without permission and put up a board called 'e-Seva Kendra'. A complaint has been lodged with the Coimbatore city police commissioner's office against Annamalai alleging that the incidents took place on the orders of BJP state president Annamalai.
Coimbatore: Annadurai has lodged a complaint against BJP leader Annamalai for allegedly using a restaurant he was running in Coimbatore and starting a BJP e-seva centre.
Annadurai runs a restaurant named Pazhayasoru.com in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore. He has been the state secretary of the local self-development department in the BJP. He served as the BJP's state secretary for local self-development.
Annadurai lodged a complaint with the Coimbatore city police commissioner's office alleging that the BJP workers had removed the items from his restaurant on the instructions of bjp state president Annamalai and put up a board as a service centre. He later gave a press interview.
"I am the state secretary of the local body development wing of the BJP. I don't know if I will be in that position anymore. I have three restaurants in Chennai, Pondicherry and Coimbatore under the name of Pazhayasoru.com. There is a court case between me and the owner of the restaurant building in Coimbatore.
In this case, the owner of the house, a BJP member, personally met with BJP state president Annamalai and protested. Following this, state president Annamalai called the Coimbatore district BJP president and requested him to remove the materials from the building.
Following this, the party functionaries, led by district president Balaji Uthama Ramasamy, entered the old palayasoru.com restaurant and stole the goods. They have put a BJP flag in the building, put a board on it and named it 'Seva Kendra'.
If I had known that they would serve like this, I would not have even gone to that party. They have vacated the shop without calling me and enquiring about what happened. Now they are threatening to kill me with goondas. Left with no other option, I have now filed a police report since I have no other choice. A case should be filed, and action should be done against the goons inside the restaurant, as well as against the state president, Annamalai.
When there is a case between me and the building owner in court, how can I enter it and take away my belongings. They said yesterday that they had expelled me from the party, I don't know how they were removed. So far I have not received any official information about the removal. The BJP state president has directly intervened in the matter. I have filed a complaint against him.
Action should be taken against Annamalai, district president Balaji, and all who support him. This was done under Annamalai's directions. When the BJP district president approached me, he told me that Annamalai had told him that if he did not evacuate immediately, he would inform the DGP and force him to vacate.
A complaint has been filed against the owner of the building in Coimbatore for harassing him by not allowing him to do business. Since I filed a complaint against the BJP state president,I know that all false complaints will be lodged against me and I am ready to face it.
When the BJP flag is hoisted in the restaurant, no one else could have done this and they are able to turn it into a BJP office. I don't know what happened to the Rs 20 lakh worth of goods in the shop. The restaurant broke down at 8 am on The 23rd. This is what Annadurai said.
Meanwhile, a complaint has been lodged against BJP state president Annamalai by the party's state office-bearer.
