Dr. Krishnasamy urges Tamil Nadu government to withdraw special liquor permission

On May 1, Puthiya Tamilagam katchi will hold rallies in all district headquarters to demand the withdrawal of the 12-hour work bill in the assembly itself without putting it on hold. Puthiya Tamilagam katc president Dr Krishnasamy has urged the government to withdraw the requirement of Dalit Christians from the SC list.

Coimbatore: Krishnasamy, the leader of the Puthiya Tamilagam katchi, held a press conference at his pothigai residence in Kuniyamuthur, Coimbatore. Then he said:

During the DMK election campaign, Mk Stalin stated that if the party is elected, a total ban will be imposed. Since then, they have been in power for two years. Similarly, bars are operating illegally around TASMAC stores.

In this context, the Government of Tamil Nadu has issued an order allowing the serving of liquor in marriage halls with prior permission. In the face of opposition to this, the articles were changed in the evening and re-released. This is the exact opposite of prohibition.

They tried to reduce shops during the AIADMK regime. The government order issued yesterday is against the people of Tamil Nadu. Yesterday's government order should be completely revoked.

Moreover, the government order is aimed at whipping up the desire for alcohol instead of sports in the international arena. It is against those who have gone out of caste issues to put them back in the List of Dalits.

Dalit Christians should request that their names be removed from the SC list. The DMK government as a whole, as it is, is in a dilemma. They will send a resolution to the Governor and complain. The government stumbles and issues a government order.

TASMAC should be officially condemned by Congress, Communist, and Islamic organisations. Leaders from all political parties should join forces and cooperate in the anti-TASMAC rally scheduled for May 10 in Chennai.

"We are holding rallies in all district headquarters on May 1 to press for the withdrawal of the 12-hour work law bill. Similarly, G-Square works with the support of the empowered and the government. Thus, Said Dr. Krishnasamy.
