Yoga for cops – Relieving mental stress in Tirupur

A big number of police officers attended a yoga session hosted at the city police commissioner's office to ease the tension created by the burden on Tiruppur's police officers.



Tirupur: A yoga session was arranged in the city police commissioner's office to help relieve the stress of Tiruppur's police officers.

Every day, police officers who are qualified to serve in the force face a variety of physical and mental challenges.



In this case, a yoga session was arranged at the Tirupur City Police Commissioner's office to encourage police officers to practise yoga in order to promote proper exercise and mental strength.



The yoga training was given to the Rapid Action Force and Armed Forces Constables on behalf of The Vazhaga Valamudam organisation in the City Police Commissioner's office on the directive of City Police Commissioner Praveen Kumar Abhinabu.



Yoga practises and breathing exercises were offered in this yoga practise to develop mental power.



A huge number of police officers from the city police commissioner's office attended the event and practised yoga.
