Governor R. N. Ravi presented the 11 individuals who had made significant contributions in a variety of disciplines with the Dynamic Indian of the Millennium and Personality of the Decade awards at the 49th anniversary celebrations of KG Hospital.
Coimbatore: Today, a ceremony on behalf of KG Foundation was held at the KGISL offices at KG Nagar in Saravanampatti, Coimbatoreto present awards to notable individuals from different walks of life. R N Ravi, the governor of Tamil Nadu, attended the event as the chief guest and presented the awards.
The KG Foundation annually presents awards to achievers and figures from various disciplines on behalf of KG group of Institutions including KG Hospital, Coimbatore, and KGISL.
On the occasion of the 49th anniversary of KG Hospital, 11 individuals who have made significant contributions to a variety of disciplines have received two types of awards: "Dynamic Indian of the Millennium" and "Personality of the Decade."At the event were Ashok Bhaktavachalam, Managing Trustee of KG Hospital, and Dr. G. Bhaktavachalam, President of the KG Foundation.
