Officials, including the Minister, were shocked to find dirty toilets on the hospital premises, as they were not kept clean despite the Minister's visit.
The Minister warned the hospital staff of dire action if they do not keep the hospital environment clean.
Following this, the Minister personally inspected the construction work of the expanded ESI Hospital at Pulupatti and the Institute of Vocational Education.
Tirupur South MLA Selvaraj, Corporation Mayor Dinesh Kumar, District Collector Vineeth and others were present on the occasion.
