The Regional Transport Department is opening special counters for remittance of road tax for non-transport vehicles. The special counters will be open at Regional Transport Offices and Motor Vehicle Inspector offices from March 26 to April 11 (except on Sundays and on April 8 – Telugu New Year). Counters will function from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Vehicle owners could turn up with original registration certificate, insurance certificate, pollution under control certificate and remit the tax for 2016-17.
