The public in Coimbatore have been asked to participate in the Public Grievances Day meeting to be held at the Coimbatore Corporation's main office at 10 am on Tuesday, and submit their representations to the Mayor on basic amenities such as birth and death certificates, road facilities, electric lights, drinking water facilities, underground sewerage, industrial tax, property tax, vacancy tax, new water connection, name change, medical, health, education etc.
Coimbatore: Coimbatore Municipal Corporation Commissioner, M Prathap has announced that a Public Grievances Day meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar on Tuesday, December 20.
In a statement issued at Coimbatore, the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Commissioner, M Prathap said, "Coimbatore Mayor Kalpana Anandakumar will chair a Public Grievances Day meeting at the main office of the Coimbatore Corporation from 11 am to 1 pm tomorrow (20.12.2022).
The general public in the Corporation limits can submit their representations to the Mayor on basic amenities such as birth and death certificates, road facilities, electric lights, drinking water facilities, underground sewerage, industrial tax, property tax, vacancy tax, new water connection, name change, medical, health, education etc.
Moreover, immediate action will be taken on these petitions by the Departmental Corporation officials. Therefore, the public who come to this Public Grievances Day meeting need to wear masks, use sanitizers and maintain social distance while submitting their petitions."
