Mumbai: Owners of petrol pumps will observe the second day of the 'no fuel purchase' on Friday.
According to sources, most of the petrol pumps could dry up by afternoon and this could possibly inconvenience motorists arriving at the pumps.
However, it is learnt that top officials from the three oil companies have called representatives of the Petrol Dealers' Association for discussions on Friday morning.
"A decision will be taken after the meeting which is scheduled to commence at 11.30am," said a member of the association.
