The meeting will be held Ramanathapuram Corporation Boys Higher Secondary school on October 5 and subsequently at TSN hall in Pappampatti Pirivu in Sulur on October 6.
As part of the grievance meet, the Minister will meet the public and receive petitions and also distribute welfare measures.
The move comes after the GO 110 by Tamil Nadu government dated July 18 by the Chief Minister to enable fair distribution of various welfare measures announced by the government for the public.
In connection to ensure this a special grievance day meeting was held at Ganapathy here on August 30, during which petitions were received and immediate redressal was ordered.
In the meeting to be held on October 5 and 6, the public was called for to submit petitions on grievances related to basic amenities like road facility, street light, medicine, health, water distribution, patta change, CM's farmer's protection scheme, old age pension, widow/destitute pension, differently-abled pension, free housing plots, community certificate and income certificate petition.
MLAs, District Collector, Corporation Commissioner, DRO, Rural Development Head Officer and all other higher officials from various departments will be present during the meeting.
