Coimbatore: An annual review conference was held at Karpagam Academy of Higher Education on Pollachi Main Road in Coimbatore yesterday.
In this regard, a statement issued by the Karpagam Academy of Higher Education said, The Annual Research Conference was held yesterday (10.12.2022) at the Karpagam Academy of Higher Education. Dr. K. Ramasamy, Chancellor, Karpagam Academy of Higher Education presided over the inaugural function.
Speaking on the occasion, The Vice Chancellor Dr. P. Venkatachalapathy, who delivered the inaugural address, explained that the annual research conference held annually supports the development of research skills of the researchers.
Dr. Raja Vasanthakumar, Chairman, Karpagam Educational Institutions, delivered the keynote address. Development of researchers is the development of the country. He pointed out that such a highly purposed continuous learning effort, a passion for discovering new things, a spirit of study, and a sense of social responsibility provide opportunities for researchers to discover new innovations in a variety of fields.
Following this, Dr. P. Shanmugam, Chief Investigator, CSIR-CLRI Science Centre, Chennai, released a treatise containing 317 papers of the researchers and delivered the thesis.
He said that deep observation, feeling clearly and creating new ones are the approaches of the best researcher.
Applied studies, which researchers carry out with a sense of social responsibility, overcome time and make them live. Today, he emphasized that improving the participation of women in the world of studies will pave the way for the betterment of the society.
Earlier, P V Pradeep, Director, Research Division delivered the welcome address at the function. P. Suresh Prabhu, Joint Director, Research Division, thanked him.
