National Service Scheme Camp on behalf of Park College of Engineering and Technology is being held at Karumathampatti, Coimbatore.
Coimbatore: The National Service Scheme (NSS) Special Camp on behalf of the Park College of Engineering and Technology at Unjapalayam Village, Karumathampatti, which started yesterday, will be held for 7 days till the 23rd.
The opening ceremony of the camp was held at 12 noon yesterday at the Madheswaran temple hall of Unjapalayam village. College Principal Mohan Kumar addressed the function on the role of students and rural development.
Anusha Ravi, Chief Executive Officer, College Board, spoke on the public service, thinking and functioning of the student body.
Also present were Kaniyur Panchayat President Veluchamy, former President Natarajan, prominent personalities and many others. The function was organized by National Service Scheme Officers Kumaresan and Rajaravi.
