Mumbai: Samsung recently announced new Galaxy J1 Mini smartphone in a hush-hush event.
The J1 Mini runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. It sports a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen, with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.
It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card.
It sports a 5MP primary camera without flash, and a VGA camera in the front. The J1 Mini is fuelled by a 1500mAh battery. On the connectivity front, it features 4G LTE support, dual-SIM option, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS with AGPS, GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack and microUSB 2.0.
The price and availability of the smartphone in India hasn’t been confirmed yet.
