Coimbatore: Katta Ravi Teja, IAS, has been appointed as the new Commissioner of the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation as part of the Tamil Nadu government’s recent IAS officers’ transfer and promotion exercise.
He succeeds M. Sivaguru Prabakaran, IAS, who has been promoted and appointed as the District Collector of Ramanathapuram.
According to official sources, Katta Ravi Teja, IAS, will formally assume charge as the new Commissioner of the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation at the Corporation’s main office at 10.30 a.m. on Wednesday (June 3).
He succeeds M. Sivaguru Prabakaran, IAS, who has been promoted and appointed as the District Collector of Ramanathapuram.
