TN Class 12 Results to Be Announced on May 8 at 9.30 AM

Chennai: The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, has officially announced that the Class 12 (HSC) public examination results will be released on Thursday, May 8, at 9.30 AM.

Students who appeared for the examinations can check their results on the official websites tnresults.nic.in and dge.tn.gov.in using their registration details.

Lakhs of students from across Tamil Nadu had appeared for the Plus Two board examinations conducted earlier this year.

Earlier, reports suggested that the result announcement could face a delay due to the formation of the new government in Tamil Nadu following the Assembly elections. However, the DGE has now confirmed that the results will be published as scheduled on May 8.

According to reports, the evaluation process for the answer sheets had already been completed, but uncertainty prevailed over the official announcement date amid the ongoing administrative transition in the state.

Students are advised to keep their registration number and date of birth ready to access the results online once released.
