Allocation of special funds of Rs.100 crore for infrastructure facilities to promote exports. Allocation of investment subsidy of Rs.300 crores for MSMEs. Special Programme at a cost of Rs.2877 crores to improve 761 ITIs were the aspects of positivity.
Disappointing aspects include, no announcement to set up a separate industrial estate for Microenterprises, no plans to set up skill development training centers, and no concessions on electricity charges for Mini Industries.
