In the Domestic sector, 19 flight's were operated by 'Indigo Airlines', 2 by 'Air India', 1 from 'Air India Express', and 1 from 'Go Air'.

Post 'Covid-19' outbreak, flight operations were badly affected. For the past two years during May only 5 flights were operated every day.
Following the relaxation provided by the state and the central government, the flight operations continues to increase slowly.
Presently 'Covid-19' third wave and Omicron virus spread has created a nervousness among the public. But still the flight operations at the airport continues to witness a steady growth. On Sunday (January 2), a total of 25 flights were operated at Coimbatore international airport.
