Public safely hands over an old lady crying on the roads to safety near Gandhipuram, Coimbatore

An old woman was seen crying near Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.


Coimbatore: An old woman came down to Coimbatore not knowing which town she was supposed to go. She was seen crying and lamenting on the road near 100ft road near Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.

Public near the area questioned the old woman about where she was from originally and where she was supposed to go? To which the old woman said that her name was Velammal and that she had forgotten the name of the place she was supposed to go.

This incident melted the hearts of the people in the area who bought food for the old lady and handed her over at the Gandhipuram police station. Police officials are investigating the details of this old woman.
