Arun Jaitely and Amith Shah visit Apollo Hospitals in Chennai

Leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Amit Shah and Arun Jaitley visited the ailing Chief Minister, J. Jayalalithaa at the Apollo Hospitals in Chennai today. A highly placed source states that the two leaders were received by party colleagues at the Chennai airport after which they were at the Apollo Hospitals on Greams Road in Chennai.



During their visit, the national leaders were accompanied by Tamilisai Soundararajan who currently serves as the president of the Party’s Tamil Nadu unit. The leaders after speaking to the doctors about the CMs health condition left the hospital without meeting the press. Security was tightened around the Apollo Hospitals for their visit. However, after their visit, leaders Amit Shah and Arun Jaitley took to Twitter to wish the CM a speedy recovery.
