From the Class of 1974 to 2022, Sainik School Alumni Reunite in Dallas, Texas

Coimbatore: From schooldays spent together to lives built across continents, the enduring bond of Sainik School Amaravathinagar brought around 90 alumni together in Dallas, Texas, for a spirited reunion.

The gathering was organised along the lines of the school's traditional two-day annual Old Boys' Meet, bringing together alumni from the senior-most 1974 batch to the youngest 2022 batch, spanning several generations.

Alumni from across North America travelled to attend the event, relieving nostalgic memories and celebrating the friendship and camaraderie built during their time at the school.

Adding a distinctly Texan touch to the occasion, the alumni posed for a group photograph in classic cowboy style, blending the school's enduring legacy with the spirit of the Lone Star State.

Established in 1962, Sainik School Amaravathinagar is a residential school in Tamil Nadu that combines academic education with military-oriented training, emphasising discipline, leadership and preparation for entry into the National Defence Academy.
