Aliyar Dam, located near Anaimalai, has a capacity of 120 feet. As of October 24, the water level stood at 57.7 feet due to rain-fed inflow into the dam's catchment areas. Inflow into the dam is currently at 295 cusecs per second, while 50 cusecs are being released from the dam.
