6 Coimbatore Corporation Schools Record 100 Percent Pass in SSLC Examination..!

Six Coimbatore Corporation schools have secured a 100 Percent pass result in the Class 10 State Board examinations announced today, while the overall pass percentage of Corporation schools reached an impressive 94.38 Percent.


Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu State Board SSLC examination results for the academic year 2025–2026 were announced today, with Coimbatore Corporation schools delivering a commendable performance.

According to official figures released by the Coimbatore Corporation, a total of 1,851 students from Corporation schools appeared for the examinations. Of them, 1,747 students successfully cleared the exams, taking the overall pass percentage to 94.38 Percent.

Among the successful candidates, 722 were boys and 1,025 were girls, once again reflecting a higher pass percentage among girl students. A total of 104 students did not clear the examinations.

A major highlight of this year’s results was that six Corporation schools achieved a perfect 100 Percent pass record. The schools include Corporation Higher Secondary School, Maniyakaranpalayam; Corporation Higher Secondary School, Okkiliar Colony; Corporation Higher Secondary School, North Coimbatore; Corporation High School, Puliyakulam; Corporation Girls Higher Secondary School, Siddhapudur; and Corporation High School, Ramasamy Nagar.

Corporation school students also excelled in subject-wise centums, securing six centums in Science and three centums in Social Science, taking the total number of centums to nine.

Meanwhile, Coimbatore district recorded an overall pass percentage of 97.09 Percent in the SSLC examinations this year, securing the 7th rank at the State level. Girls outperformed boys in the district-wise results as well, registering a pass percentage of 98.16 Percent, while boys recorded 95.97 Percent.
