TechGuard Labs Foundation Launched at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College in Coimbatore

TechGuard Labs Foundation was inaugurated at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College SREC SPARK in Coimbatore, marking an Indo-Israeli collaboration to deliver cybersecurity solutions for industry and academia across South India through international partnership and technological innovation.


Coimbatore: The inauguration ceremony of TechGuard Labs Foundation took place at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College SREC SPARK, officially launching the Coimbatore office dedicated to providing cybersecurity solutions for industry and academic institutions.

The foundation has been established through a collaborative partnership between SNR Sons Charitable Trust, Ariel University, Promitei Ltd, and ERA IT Consulting & Audit Ltd. This initiative represents a significant Indo-Israeli partnership, combining expertise in cybersecurity, technology, and institutional leadership to address the growing cybersecurity needs of South India.

The inauguration was led by Sundar Ramakrishnan, Managing Trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust, alongside Narendran Soundararaj, Joint Managing Trustee, Ramakrishna Vijayakumar, Trustee, and Lakshminarayanaswamy Doraiswamy, Trustee of SNR.

Distinguished guests attended the ceremony including Shankar Mohan, CEO of Biopharmax-India, David Belostotsky, Deputy Managing Director of TechGuard Labs Foundation, and Lalindra Munasinghe, Chief Business Officer of TechGuard Labs Foundation.

Special addresses were delivered by Prof. Albert Pinhasov, Rector of Ariel University, and Yair Osheroff, Consul of Israel for Trade & Economic Affairs, Bengaluru. The speakers highlighted the critical importance of international collaboration in strengthening cybersecurity infrastructure and promoting technological innovation across borders.

The foundation aims to support industries, academic institutions, and businesses throughout South India with advanced cybersecurity solutions and research initiatives. The organization will focus on building robust digital security frameworks and fostering innovation in the cybersecurity sector.

The event witnessed participation from C.V. Ramkumar, Chief Executive Officer, D. Maheshkumar, Chief Administrative Officer, College Principal Soundararajan, Tech Senior Manager Hari Hara Goal, along with department heads, deans, professors, academicians, industry experts, and institutional leaders.

The inauguration ceremony concluded successfully, marking an important milestone in building a secure digital future through global cooperation and technological excellence. The foundation is expected to play a crucial role in advancing cybersecurity capabilities in the region.
