Amaravathi Nagar Sainik School in Udumalai Celebrates 75th Republic Day with Grandeur

The Military School near Udumalai observed the 75th Republic Day with a ceremonial flag hoisting and a grand parade by students, under the leadership of Lieutenant K. Deepu.


Coimbatore: Amaravathi Nagar Sainik School, located near Udumalai in the Tiruppur district, celebrated the 75th Republic Day with patriotic fervor. The ceremony, held in the school's parade ground, began with a striking march-past by the students, following which the acting principal, Lieutenant K. Deepu, hoisted the National Flag.



Lieutenant K. Deepu, during his speech, paid homage to the architects of the Indian Constitution and the political leaders who played a pivotal role in shaping India’s political landscape. He reflected on the nation's 75-year journey, highlighting the advancements in economic development, science, agriculture, medicine, and healthcare. He also urged the students to understand the significance of the country's progress over these years and to strive towards a promising future.

The ceremony included a solemn tribute to the Amar Jawan Jyoti, where Lieutenant K. Deepu laid a wreath at the memorial, honoring the sacrifices of the martyrs.



The event concluded with an impressive performance by the school band, which captivated the audience with their marching display. The entire school, including the staff and students, took part in the celebrations, marking the day with a sense of pride and national unity.
