Madathukulam MLA Mahendran inaugurated a volleyball tournament organised by the AIADMK on the occasion of MGR's birth anniversary at Kannivadi town panchayat near Dharapuram in Tirupur.
Tirupur: On the occasion of the birth anniversary of former Chief Minister MGR, the AIADMK organised a volleyball competition at Kannivadi town panchayat under Moolanur block near Dharapuram in Tirupur district.
Madathukulam MLA and AIADMK Metropolitan East district secretary Mahendran participated in the inaugural function of the competition and inaugurated it.
He also inaugurated the Kannivadi town panchayat office.
AIADMK district treasurer Palaniswami, Mulanur union secretaries Rajaratnam and Selvakumar, Dharapuram union secretaries Balakumaran, Ramesh, Selvakumar, Kannivadi Perur secretary Lakshmanasamy, Mulanur Vetrivel, general council member Periyasamy and others were present on the occasion.
