Tiruppur District: Amaravathi and Thirumoorthy Dams’ Water Levels Today

Coimbatore: The water levels of Amaravathi Dam and Thirumoorthy Dam in Tiruppur district were released for October 31, showing steady inflows into both reservoirs.

Amaravathi Dam, which has a full capacity of 90 feet, recorded a water level of 52.63 feet as per today's update. The dam is receiving an inflow of 380 cusecs of water per second. No outflow figure was reported from the dam.

Thirumoorthy Dam, located near Udumalpet in Tiruppur district, has a full capacity of 60 feet. As of today, its water level stands at 47.76 feet. The dam is receiving an inflow of 795 cusecs per second, while an outflow of 21 cusecs per second is being released from the dam.
