KIT-YRC Club and Karpagam Faculty of Medical Sciences and Research join hands to host 'Eye Camp' on campus

Coimbatore: KIT-YRC Club and Karpagam Faculty of Medical Sciences and Research jointly organized an 'Eye Camp' for faculty on January 27 at the campus.
Dr. S Gopinath, Professor and YRC Co-ordinator, M Gowtham, AP/EEE organized the camp. Dr. P Manimaran, Principal and Dr. D Bhanu presided over the camp.
A team of doctors, refractionists, lab technicians and assistants were available at the camp spot from 9.30 am to 1 pm. 60 people, including teaching and non-teaching faculty underwent eye tests.
Faculty members who had issues in their eyes and vein problems received advice and prescription from doctors. The camp was regarded as useful to all faculty.
