The 46th India International Knit Fair (IIKF) was flagged off in Tirupur, on Wednesday.
This Fair will showcase an entirely fresh range of latest designs in high fashion knitwear garments for men, women, and children.
The international fair was inaugurated by Tamil Nadu’s Handloom and Khadi Department Principal Secretary Kumar Jayanth I.A.S in the presence of NIFT Association President, Sakthivel.
The exhibition will be held for three days till May 17 at IKFA Complex, at Tirupur. A wide variety of clothings made of polyester, cotton, linen, cotton etc., are displayed for the consumers.
More than 100 buyers and 40 traders from Israel, Canada, Australia, Singapore, America and Europe are expected to visit the exhibition. Nearly 50 stalls are set up in the hall for the viewers.
Tirupur Exporters Association President, Raja Shanmugam, Secretary, Vijayakumar and Rathinaswamy from NITMA also graced the inauguration.
