TN Chief Minister to inaugurate 'Porunai' exhibition at Coimbatore VOC Grounds on May 19

Tamil Nadu Minister for Electricity, V Senthil Balaji, personally inspected the preparations for the exhibition.



Coimbatore: With Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, M K Stalin scheduled to inaugurate the 'Porunai' excavation exhibition at the VOC Grounds in Coimbatore on May 19, the Tamil Nadu Minister for Electricity, V Senthil Balaji personally inspected the preparations. 

He was accompanied by the Coimbatore District Collector, G S Sameeran, the Commissioner of Police, Pradeep Kumar, and the CCMC Commissioner Raja Gopal Sunkara along with other officials.



Later, Minister V Senthil Balaji briefed media personnel stating that the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M K Stalin will inaugurate the One Year Achievement Photo Exhibition and the 'Porunai' Museum Exhibition in Coimbatore on May 19 at the VOC Grounds. An event for entrepreneurs to hold a discussion is scheduled for later at the Residency Hotel in the city. The Chief Minister will be participating in both events.



Huge receptions are being planned at 10 places in the city following the Chief Minister's impending visit. The Chief Minister has provided various welfare schemes for Coimbatore in the past year, all of which are being showcased at the exhibition. Arrangements for the exhibition are expected to be completed by Wednesday evening, with special arrangements being overseen by the Coimbatore District Collector, G S Sameeran who said that the 10-day exhibition will be open to the public, including school children and students.
