Rs 2.65 crore fraud by giving fake documents; Directors of private companies, bank manager guilty - Coimbatore CBI court verdict!

Coimbatore CBI court has convicted directors and bank managers of Sun Bio Miniure Pvt. Ltd for fraudulently issuing fake documents worth up to Rs 2.65 crore.



Coimbatore: Sun Bio Miniure Pvt. Ltd The CBI has registered a case and is investigating. The case is being heard in the Coimbatore CBI Special Court.

The verdict in this case has been given in the Coimbatore CBI Special Court. It is alleged that the directors of the company Sakthivel and Vijayakumari fraudulently took loans in violation of the rules.

The two were convicted and sentenced to three years in jail and fined Rs 1.5 lakh each. Balasubramanian, the manager of Indian Bank Veerapandi branch, was also convicted and sentenced to two years in jail and fined Rs 2 lakh.
