Abate drug spray work intensified to prevent the spread of dengue in Coimbatore

In the area under Western Zone Ward No.43, the Corporation Dengue Mosquito Eradication Workers were engaged in activities such as pouring 'Abate' medicine bins and removing unwanted items.


Coimbatore: Mosquito eradication workers in the areas under the Corporation of Coimbatore have been engaged in door-to-door spraying of 'Abate' medicine in tanks.

Coimbatore Corporation West Zone Ward No. 43 - Under Chinnachettyar Road, Kondasamy Naidu Main Road, the Corporation Dengue Mosquito Eradication Corps personnel went door to door and carried out abatement, removal of unwanted items and detection of mosquitoes in the water stored by the public.



Similarly, mosquito repellent was sprayed by the corporation health workers on Chandran Road, Central Zone Ward No.82.
