The South Zone President Dhanalakshmi inspected the community halls and parks in ward 78, IDUP Colony that are under maintained and has directed the Corporation employees to clean the areas to put into use for the public as soon as possible.
Coimbatore: The South Zone President of Coimbatore Corporation inspected the community halls and parks in the city that are under maintained.

Based on the request of people at ward 78 IDUP Colony, the South Zone President Dhanalakshmi inspected the community hall in the area. The locals alleged that the lack of maintenance has made the community hall a hub for anti-social activities.
The people of the area had requested councillor Sivasakthi to restore the community hall to public use. Based on this, Coimbatore Corporation South Zone President Dhanalakshmi Ranganathan visited the area today, 25th April and inspected the area.
She directed the corporation officials to carry out cleanliness works in the community hall and put it to use for the people at the earliest. She also said that the children's parks in the area which were lying unattended during the previous regime should also be cleaned up and put to use. Corporation officials accompanied the President during the inspection.
