Devotees worship at Sulakkal Mariamman Temple in Kinathukadavu to celebrate Tamil New Year

Special pujas were held at the Sulakkal Mariamman temple in Kinathukadavu on the occasion of Tamil New Year, and the devotees from Pollachi, Kinathukadavu areas in and around Coimbatore waited in long queues to offer prayers to the deity.


Coimbatore: Special pujas were held at Sulakkal Mariamman temple in Kinathukadavu for Tamil New Year.

On the occasion of Tamil New Year Day, a large number of devotees from Pollachi, Kinathukadavu, Coimbatore and surrounding areas and from nearby Kerala state visited the Sulakkal Mariamman temple near Kinathukadavu.

Devotees waited in long queues at the temple to offer their prayers to the goddess adorned in gold armour and flowers with devotional fervour.
