Sudha alias Kanimozhi, a resident of Siddhapudur in Coimbatore, had given her house to four families on contract terms with a sum of more than Rs 28 lakh. reportedly, Kanimozhi sold the house to another person, while the contract was still active, and the buyer also mortgaged the house deed at a bank.
