Cashier at Private Hospital flees with Rs.85 lakh cash

Based on the complaint filed by the Hospital's, Deputy President of Marketing, the Peelamedu police have filed a case and are investigating.



Coimbatore: The Peelamedu Police have launched a search for a cashier working at the Kovai Medical Centre and Hospital who has absconded with Rs.85 lakhs cash.

Yuvaraj of Kosavapatti, Namakkal who had been working at KMCH had been absconding for a few days. The hospital's Marketing Deputy Head found that cash paid by patients for about three days was missing. It was then reported that Yuvaraj who worked as the cashier of the outpatients division at KMCH had also gone missing.

The Peelamedu Police are on the hunt for the KMCH cashier.
