Historic, outstanding budget; Union Minister L Murugan lauds Budget 2022 during press address in Coimbatore

The Union Minister of State, Information and broadcasting, L Murugan addressed the press near CODISSIA in Coimbatore and during the address, he stated that the Union budget of 2022 is a historic budget, that has been framed keeping sight of development for the next 25 years.



Coimbatore: The Union Minister of State L Murugan, Information and Broadcasting addressed the press near CODISSIA.

"The Union Budget 2022, presented on the 1st of February, is a historic, outstanding framework, formed keeping in mind, Vision India, and holds good for the country's growth over the next 25 years.”, stated the Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting.



He stated that the PM’s Gati Shakti Scheme has been brought in to improve the infrastructure of the country. Seven important departments have been added in this, and a four-way National Highways between the Namakkal-Musiri has been brought to Tamil Nadu.

L Murugan said that it is proposed to transport farmers' produce through the railways and irrigation in Tamil Nadu will be handier through the link between Godavari and Pennar, Cauvery rivers, adding that the center has triumphed in linking rivers along with the state governments, despite its complexity.

Classes for grades 1 to 12 will be broadcast through television and provision of clean and hygienic drinking water to everybody has been facilitated. Murugan stated that the budget has been framed to excel in all the sectors and also refused to answer political questions.
