All 3 of them fell off the motorcycle and were hit by a government bus that came from behind. Sebastian Samuel and his son Clarion died on the spot. Franklin is wounded badly.
Coimbatore: Sebastian Samuel (40) from Singanallur, Coimbatore, was taking his 8th grader Clarion (13) and 1st grader Franklin (5) on a motorcycle this morning to a private school in Ondipudur. When he was near the theatre near Singanallur, he took a turn on the motorcycle to avoid colliding with the vehicle of a youth. In the impact of this, all 3 of them were flung off the motorcycle and fell on the road. To their bad luck, unexpectedly a government bus came from behind and collided with the motorcycle. Sebastian Samuel and one of his sons Clarion died on the spot.

Upon learning of the accident, the Singanallur Police and the Traffic Police arrived at the scene, seized the body of the father and son and sent it to the Coimbatore Government Hospital for autopsy. Franklin is undergoing treatment at a hospital. East Traffic Investigation Division police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
