Coimbatore: The Coimbatore Corporation Officers have received a fine of ₹ 5600 from the passengers,on Tuesday at the city’s bus stand for not complying by covid-19 guidelines.

The Coimbatore Corporation officers divided into various groups and inspected those who did not wear masks at various places on Tuesday. A fine of 5,600 was imposed at the Coimbatore bus stand alone as most travelled without masks.
The authorities insisted that the passengers should continue to wear masks.
