Police search for a Kerala couple who wrote fake account and swindled Rs.5 crore in a poultry farm

Coimbatore: MSN Hatcheries is a poultry farming company operating in the Pollachi Anaimalai area next to Coimbatore.

Pradeep Kumar, son of Kutty from Malappuram, Kerala, was the Regional Manager of the company. He has been with the company since 2006. It is customary for the company to buy the chickens, give them to the farm owners, raise them and then sell them. It is also a regular part of the company's business to buy and sell fodder for chickens, including medicines. Pradeep Kumar has been doing all this with confidence for over the last decade.

His wife Pramila has been working as an assistant accountant in the same company since 2010. For this, they were given a house on the first floor of the company on behalf of the company. The owner of the company was informed that Pradeep Kumar, who worked for the company, had bought luxury items including a Benz car and an expensive house.

It was then revealed that Pradeep Kumar and his wife Pramila had jointly sold chickens in the market at extra cost and sold them for a small amount, according to the company's account. According to this, it was revealed that 5,63,44,000 rupees were swindled.

It was confirmed that he had committed various scams including buying chickens, selling chicken feed and selling the chickens at high prices and accounting less to the company. Following this, the general manager of the company, Sibyl Alberta, lodged a complaint with the Coimbatore District Crime Branch Police. Police, led by DSP Sekar, registered a case and launched an investigation into the complaint. The investigation found that Pradeep Kumar and his wife Pramila had committed fraud. Pradeep Kumar and his wife Pramila are being prosecuted and the two are still at large.
