Coimbatore: Over a 1000 people reside in the Sungam Bypass Road, Sri Nagar and Sivaram Nagar areas under the 74th Ward of Coimbatore Corporation.
Residents have been complaining about the lack of basic hygiene owing to huge garbage piles being uncleared which have hampered free passage on roads in the area, as well as resulted in health issues for residents in the area.
