Valparai: The Valparai Municipality observed the 152rd birthday of Mahatma Gandhi on Saturday.
Valparai Municipal Commissioner, Suresh Kumar festooned the statue of the ‘Nation’s Father’ at the Gandhi Silai bus stand in the town. Followed by him, the Valparai Health Inspector Selvaraj, Health Supervisors Elango, Rajendran, Municipal Health Officer Saravanan, and others paid tributes by showering flowers to the statue
