He asked the students to read the newspaper and write on the blackboard to gauge their academic ability.
The students read newspapers and displayed their mathematical skills by solving problems on the blackboard. The Corporation Commissioner presented a book to the student who showed excellent academic ability and expressed his appreciation.
After inspecting the library in the school and the books lined up in the library, he enquired if the toilet facilities and drinking water facilities were proper in the school. The school Headmaster and teachers were present during the surprise inspection.
