Jewellery shops, Government Hospitals and pharmacies benefit most from Ozone Sanitizer machine that costs ₹16,000. 25 percent of the jewellery shops of the 650 shops in Coimbatore use the machine.
Coimbatore's jewellery shops, pharmacies and the office of the Dean in Government Hospital have been using the ‘Ozone Sanitizer’ machine as an effective tool against the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
The Government has been consistently making efforts to curb the spread of the Covid-19 virus and the 'Ozone Sanitizer' machine has come in handy to retailers and commercial shop owners, since the machine helps sanitize more people. The machines also do not take up much space making it convenient for shops to have them handy for their customers.
The Jewelry Manufacturers Association President of Coimbatore stated, “Ozone Sanitizer has been a saviour for workers like us. The pandemic hugely affected our businesses, despite the fact that we worked adhering to Covid-19 safety protocols. The Ozone Sanitizer machine has reduced our fear of the spread of the virus and it is also space-friendly. It is enough to place one machine for every 250 square feet and we have placed two in our shop.”
The machine costs ₹16,000 and 25 percent out of the 650 jewellery shops in Coimbatore use the machine.Room Sanitizer, Toilet Sanitizer and Food Sanitizers are also available.
