Coimbatore: On the CSI church road, near the Police Commissioner's office in Coimbatore, a tree branch suddenly fell on a moving container lorry.
Fire department officials rushed to the rescue and wereable to remove the tree branch which had fallen over the call taxi. Driver Venkatesh from Seerapalayam who was trapped inside the call taxi was unharmed and pulled out to safety. There was slight disruption in traffic flow on the road for about two hours.
