Public allege that AIADMK Ward Secretary, Marudasalam was trying to encroach lands by obstructing beneficiaries who have got patta.for building houses.
Coimbatore: More than 50 people from Mettupalayam Thiruvalluvar town petitioned the Coimbatore District Collector at the Collectorate, on Monday morning. 'More than 300 families have been living in this area for a long time. We were given a housing lease two years ago. AIADMK Ward Secretary, Marudasalam from the area is trying to encroach on our lands by obstructing beneficiaries who got patta for building houses,' stated the petition. The public therefore urged the Collector to take appropriate action against Marudasalam.
