Coimbatore: The district administration has taken sincere efforts in vaccinating the people in rural areas of Coimbatore.
As part of this, a vaccination camp was held in rural areas of Coimbatore district today.
1,650 people were vaccinated with Covaxine held in 11 government schools at Mulluppadi, Arasampalayam, Chulakkal, Vadapudur, Sirukalanthai, Devarayapuram, No.10 Muthur, Kotangipalayam, Kovilpalayam and Nallatipalayam in Kinatukadavu.
170 people were vaccinated at a camp under the supervision of Panchayat Sabha President Parvathi Senthil Kumaramurthy at Mulluppadi Government School.
