Kinathukadavu: The city's police department has been hosting several awareness programs in and around the city, creating awareness on crimes that could occur in the city. As part of the initiative, an awareness program was held on Wednesday at Vadachithoor region in Kinathukadavu.
The program was headed by Negamam Police Inspector, with Sub-inspectors and social activists attending the event. The program covered topics like self-protection, teaching self-defence to girls and women. The police encouraged the participants of the program to approach the police department if they found anyone moving about suspiciously or if they receive any misleading phone calls.
